Further filtering and processing yields Whey Isolate made up of 90% protein with less fat, lactose and carbohydrates, Preotein almost at its purest form. Taking this protein and partically breaking it down into peptides of different lengths is called Hydrolization. The aim is to make the protein faster and more easily absorbed by the body.
