This non-bake recipe is perfect for a quick protein fix! We leave out the sugar and feature our delicious Nitro-UP protein for a delicious treat!
- Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and Chocolate Nitro-UP Protein in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Roll mixture into 22 balls, each about 1-inch in size.
- Flatten each slightly so it’s shaped like a cookie.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow them to set. Enjoy!
