Super Shred Down with Silky J – The Get Shredded Diet

Miami, Florida:

Morning: 2 DTOX, 1 E’CINERATE, 1 scoop of L-CARNITINE POWDER in H2O & 3 REDTEST

6am: 40 minutes fasted cardio (Sip on 1/2 scoop SUPER-8) in H20 throughout

7am: Meal #1 Breakfast
1/2 cup oats measured dry, 1 whole egg + 4 whites, 1/2 small apple or grapefruit, 2 CLA

9:30-10:00am Meal #2 Mid-Morning High Fiber Snack Meal: 3 Large Celery Stalks, 1
Low fat Mozzarella Cheese Stick (you need to try to squeeze this snack in)

12 Noon: Meal #3 Lunch 6oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 6 almonds

12:30 start teaching classes, ab class & Stretch Class

2:00-2:30pm: Pre-Workout Supplements: 1 Scoop SLEDGEHAMMER, 1 Scoop L_CARNITINE, 1 DTOX*1 E-CINERATE if needed (if sensitive to stims just use 1 in the am)

3:00pm Weights (Sip on 1 Scoop SUPER-8 during workout)

5:30: Meal #5 recovery shake 1 Scoop NITRO-UP in H20 & 1 small ripe banana & 2 CLA

8pm Meal #6 Dinner 8-10 oz Salmon or Grilled Chicken Breast, 2 cups Kale, Spinach or
Brocolli, 1/2 cup Wild or Whole Grain Brown Rice

Before Bed: 3 REDTEST
