Frequently Asked
Questions
Why does my connection seem slow and the video isn't the best?
If you are on a slow
connection, (i.e 28.8K modem) then you may experience some problems
due to the connection timing out before the streaming video can
start. You may also be experiencing video quality that is
problematic. The only real way to correct this problem is to press
on the play button again, which will try to start our streaming
program again. If possible, invest in a quicker connection, such as
a faster modem, cable modem or DSL. (You'll love what happens!)
What if I am behind
a firewall?
A firewall is a piece
of hardware or software that prevents some data packets, including
streaming video, from either entering or leaving a specified
network.
Please check with your
computer or IT department to see if this is the case in your
company. If it is, then please direct them to the following web site
that can supply them with the information they need to enable you to
watch our programming.
