Making a Purchase of Muscleology Products
Making a purchase with us at Muscleology is easy! Just browse our
Products section, and click on any items that you wish to buy and
put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We
accept all major credit card payment. If you are shopping from North
America or anywhere else, place your order with a money order or
C.O.D.
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are
not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card
information via phone, fax, e-mail, mail or over the Internet.
If
mailing in your payment, your order will be processed upon receipt
of your check or money order.
Shipping & Handling
Orders can range for $6.50to $8.50 on all orders (shipped UPS
Ground). Price may vary on Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day
Select depending on the destination.
Delivery Schedule
We
process orders within 24-48 hours upon receiving them. All orders
shipped UPS unless requested otherwise. UPS orders should arrive
within 1-7 business days depending on your zip code.
Back
Orders
If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would
rather not wait.
Tax
Charges
For
orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied
to all items that are taxable. Our business is operated from
Florida. All vitamin and supplement orders are tax-free; tax charges
for clothing and video orders will be added to your final bill. If
you are paying by mail, please include the proper tax amount with
your payment.
Credit Card Security
We
know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They
are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held
in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Most
products have a 15-day money back guarantee. Return unused portion
in bottle for purchase price. Products that are returned do to a
taste issue, do not apply unless there is an adverse effect. Most
products need at least 1 month to see effectiveness.
