With all the hundreds and thousands of supplements on the market today it is very hard to pick and choose a product that really fits your needs.

Muscleology has put together a list of supplements that lets you know the intended function of the product, the 3 star ***effectiveness rating, and the common daily dosage of each of the products. This section of our website is designed to cut through the scientific hype and outrageous marketing behind a lot of the products on the market today. This section will help you make educated decisions about which supplements to incorporate into your supplement regimen. The Supplement Index section is unbias and will give you a short summary that is accurate and up to date. 3 (Best) Star ***-Large amount of scientific evidence to support product function, product does benefit most individuals
